Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and convert them into potential clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions, follow-ups, and status updates.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns & nurture relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and conversion goals.
  • Research client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize conversion rates.
  • Prepare and send follow-up emails, sales proposals, and pitch presentations.
  • Travel as required to close deals and build strong client relationships.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of successful sales conversions in a telecalling role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
  • Fluency in Hindi and English (written and verbal) to engage a broader client base.
  • Ability to engage potential clients and build strong relationships.
  • Experience handling cold calling, warm leads, and follow-ups effectively.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business marketing and sales
  • Prior experience selling IT/Software services is a must.
  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, objections handling, and closing deals.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and sales strategies.
