About Us

Rasonix is a fast-growing digital agency offering custom web platform development, mobile-first product engineering, API architecture and integrations, intuitive interface design, user-cantered experience strategy, search experience optimization (SEO), and strategic technology consulting to help businesses scale with confidence. 

We’re now looking to bring on a Client Success & Sales Executive who can manage leads, convert prospects, and help us build long-term relationships with our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and create lead lists of prospective business clients.

  • Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

  • Manage inbound leads and nurture them into qualified opportunities.

  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings.

  • Understand client needs and map them to Rasonix’s services.

  • Create, customize, and present proposals; follow up consistently till closure.

  • Handle pricing discussions and client negotiations confidently.

  • Collaborate with internal technical and design teams to prepare accurate proposals.

  • Maintain and update CRM with call logs, follow-ups, and pipeline status.

  • Track and report on weekly/monthly lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets.

  • Represent Rasonix at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities (as needed).

  • Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.


Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in digital services/IT consulting.

  • Proficiency in CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills across phone, video, and in-person formats.

  • Familiarity with digital services such as:

  • Web and mobile app development

  • API design and integrations

  • UI/UX design and user research

  • SEO and digital strategy

  • IT consultancy and digital transformation

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

  • Proven ability to generate and close deals independently.

  • Are you willing to work on a performance-based structure?

  • What’s your preferred sales approach: consultative, transactional, or solution selling? Why?
